Our fixed fee model works best for roles up to around £35,000, where the savings against traditional agency fees are most significant and the process is most straightforward to manage.
For more senior roles above £35,000 a fixed fee becomes less practical - the complexity, time investment, and seniority of the search warrants a different approach. For these roles we offer a percentage-based fee, currently set competitively below the industry standard, with the full Managed service included as standard. You still get everything - multi-board advertising through Hireful, full candidate management, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate guarantee - just with a fee structure that reflects the level of the role.
And for highly specialist or niche positions where the talent pool is small and deep sector expertise is needed, we work with a carefully selected partner agency whose knowledge in their field is second to none. We manage that relationship on your behalf, briefing them, managing the process, and acting as your single point of contact throughout, so you get specialist reach without the complexity of managing an agency relationship yourself.

HIRING FOR A MORE SENIOR ROLE?
Our fixed fee packages work brilliantly for roles up to around £35,000 but for more senior positions the search becomes more complex, more time intensive, and requires a deeper level of involvement at every stage. For these roles we offer a percentage-based fee, structured to match the market but with one significant difference: our full Managed service is included as standard.
That means you're not just paying for a placement. You get everything - Hireful ATS, multi-board advertising, full candidate management, interview coordination, offer support, and our candidate guarantee - at a fee that's in line with what a traditional agency would charge for a basic placement alone. Same cost, significantly more support.
