Saltwater HR was founded in 2024 by Nicky, an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a strong grounding in employment law and a track record of supporting businesses of all sizes across the UK.
As Director and lead consultant, Nicky is your named point of contact; the person who will always know your business, understand your challenges, and be there when you need advice. Where specialist support is needed, we work with a trusted network of associates, each with their own area of expertise, so you always get the right knowledge for the situation without ever losing that personal, consistent relationship at the heart of what we do.
