Essential Hire - £1,500

For companies seeking support with advertising but confident managing the rest, we offer an Essential Package.

This includes advertising the role on one paid job board, screening CVs and conducting pre-interview calls with suitable candidates if required, providing you with a shortlist and matrix. You handle the interviews and make the final offer.

You will also receive an interview pack containing an interview plan with suggested skills and competency questions.

Enhanced Selection - £2,900

Our intermediate package is perfect for organisations who need a bit more support with their recruitment administration, but want to handle the interviews and offers themselves.

This includes advertising the role on one job board (additional job boards can be included at extra cost), full CV and telephone pre-screening of applicants, co-ordination of interviews and feeding back to unsuccessful candidates. 

You will also receive an interview pack containing an interview plan with suggested skills and competency questions.

Our comprehensive package offers full-cycle support, from advertising through to onboarding. This package is perfect for organisations who do not have the time or experience to manage the recruitment process.

This package includes an ATS, advertising the role, pre-interview candidate screening, interviewing the candidate if needed (travel costs may apply), managing the offer process, and preparing the offer paperwork for your new employee..

Electronic document signing, Right to Work checks and onboarding can be included at additional cost.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

We can provide an ATS for as little as £200. Using an ATS streamlines recruitment through automation, allowing access to reports, inclusive hiring, compliance with GDPR and the ability to integrate with your HRIS for onboarding.

Candidate Sifting and Pre-screening

We can create a shortlist of candidates based on your requirements to save you time when reviewing. This can be a simple CV sift to ensure all your candidates are relevant, or can include a pre-screening telephone call to run through key requirement, with a candidate matrix for you to review.

Interview Co-ordination

Provide your availability and chosen candidates and we can co-ordinate the interview process for you, including candidate confirmations and feedback.

Interviewing

For hiring managers without the time or expertise to conduct interviews, we can chair or co-chair your interviews, providing interview guides, assessment forms and advice about next steps following the interviews.

Offer Stage

When you have identified your chosen candidate we can handle the offer process, feeding back to unsuccessful candidates and confirming the offer in writing.

Right to Work Checks

Making sure that your employees have the right to work in the UK is imperative, but it can be tricky and time consuming.  We can handle this for you using TrustID.
