Essential Hire

Our elementary package includes reviewing your job description, placing an advert on one job board, a basic sift of applications and interview co-ordination. We will feedback to unsuccessful candidates, leaving you to co-ordinate the offer process.

You will also receive an interview pack containing an interview plan with suggested skills and competency questions.

Enhanced Selection

Our intermediate package includes creation of a branded job and person specification with competencies, advertising on one job board, full CV sifting and pre-screening of applicants and co-ordination of interviews. We will feed back to unsuccessful candidates leaving you to co-ordinate the offer process.  We can also co-chair the interviews with you if required for an additional fee.

You will receive an interview pack containing an interview plan with suggested skills and competency questions.

Elite Hire

Our comprehensive package includes a branded job and person specification, job advertising and full co-ordination of the application and interview process.

We will manage the offer negotiations for you and feed back to unsuccessful candidates. We will raise the offer paperwork, co-ordinate the onboarding process and can provide Right to Work checks if needed.
